Step 2: Prepare all your invoices, receipts, reports, and any other original documents that may be required to justify your claim. You should keep copies of all the documents you send to us.

Step 3: Explain everything you experienced in detail to our consultants. From here, we will take care of everything!

Please make sure to:

  • Verify that the occurrence of the incident is covered by the definition of the insured risk;

  • Verify that the incident does not fall under the excluded clauses;

  • Verify that the insurance premium has been paid regularly, including the date of the incident.
